Customer Assistance Program
We are pleased to offer our Customer Assistance Program to those who meet maximum income guidelines or participate in qualifying assistance programs.
Promise Pay
Cal Water works with PromisePay to offer flexible, discreet payment plans for outstanding balances, with no interest or late fees.
Conservation Programs
Saving water can also mean saving money! Cal Water offers a number of conservation programs, indoor and outdoor rebates, and toolkits to help customers reduce their water use. Check them out!

Advocating for Rate Assistance and Equitable Rate Structures
At Cal Water, we believe that our elected leaders play an important role in helping provide access to safe, clean, affordable water. We were one of the first water providers in California to support the Safe Affordable Drinking Water Act, and we continue to support water affordability legislation at both the state and federal level.
